By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree:

  • All products must be installed correctly by a qualified individual

  • Improper installation can result in vehicle damage, equipment failure, injury, or death

  • Customer assumes all responsibility for installation and use

  • We are not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or modification

  • Fitment charts and compatibility suggestions are guides only and not guarantees

You assume all risk associated with use of any product purchased from Hedbergs.

SECTION 3 — OFF-ROAD / RACING USE DISCLAIMER

Certain products sold may be intended for:

  • Off-road use

  • Racing use

  • Experimental or custom applications

Customer is responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle use and modification.

Hedbergs makes no guarantee that any product is legal for on-road use in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 4 — ELECTRICAL & FABRICATED PARTS DISCLAIMER

Electrical components, fabricated components, and custom parts are sold:

  • Without guarantee of compatibility with all vehicles

  • Without guarantee of installation outcome

  • For use at customer’s own risk

Improper wiring or installation may cause:

  • Electrical damage

  • Fire

  • Equipment failure

Hedbergs is not liable for damages resulting from installation or use.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Hedbergs.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order

  • Cancel orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel suspected fraud or reseller purchases

An order is not final until payment is received and processed.

SECTION 6 — PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing mistakes

Customer is responsible for:

  • Shipping costs

  • Taxes

  • Duties/import fees (if applicable)

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • Supply chain issues

Once an order is transferred to the carrier:
Risk of loss transfers to the customer.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns are subject to approval.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on:

  • Installed parts

  • Electrical parts

  • Special order items

  • Used items

  • Custom fabricated items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • In original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was incorrect.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and may require working with the manufacturer. Further information can be found in our shipping policy. 

SECTION 9 — WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Unless otherwise stated:

All products are sold AS IS without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all implied warranties including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

Manufacturer warranties (if any) must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

SECTION 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Hedbergs shall not be liable for any:

  • Vehicle damage

  • Equipment damage

  • Personal injury

  • Loss of use

  • Lost profits

  • Indirect or consequential damages

arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product.

Customer assumes all risk associated with product use.

SECTION 11 — CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

By purchasing from us, you agree:

  • Not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks

  • To contact us first for resolution

  • Fraudulent disputes may result in account ban and collections action

We reserve the right to provide all order documentation to payment processors and law enforcement in cases of suspected fraud.

SECTION 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including:

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Product descriptions

  • Branding

are property of Hedbergs and may not be copied or used without written permission.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USE

You may not use this site:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To harm the business

  • To copy or exploit content

  • To attempt fraud or abuse

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

SECTION 14 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Alaska.
